Cordova app Video and Image capture

Hi, I got an app which need to build in Cordova with html/javascript (not angular). It requires to capture Video and display video on same page. Also need to capture image and display on same page. So I need a sample page (with html/js code) which has 1. Two Video related links (Capture Video and Play Video). Capture Video link/button will capture video and Play Video link/button will play that captured video. 2. One Image capture link and display image below that.
