Change content and implement Google checkout on a existing website.

I need a web designer/ programmer to change some content on my website. I purchased a website recently to sell my credit repair e-book. The website I bought already has content and another e-book in the website, and has Paypal as the payment processor. I need a person to implement Google Checkout, and delete all Paypal coding that exists on the site now. I need a few of the flash header menu names changed. I need to have ALL the content (meaning the words not graphics) erased and have MY content put in the website. You will not need to change or expand any of the current website graphics or re-size anything for my content to fit in it. I will give you the content to put there. I need the current e-book erased and have MY e-book put in the website for instant download after a customer pays for it. I asked the person I bought the website from what means they're using to deliver the instant download on it now and they didn't know, but said if I know html that I could delete the old e-book and put in MY e-book.
