Psychologist / Profiler with dating experience

We are looking for someone to create a profiling for a dating site to help us match people up. Once you create a profiling process, it will be implemented by our programmers. We do not have any experience with profiling, so we need you to design the whole process from scratch. We are not on-line dating - we are an introduction agency. We help discerning gentlemen find a wife. We do have a website, so that members can see each other, but they won't be able to communicate. We will be doing the matching, so we must have a mechanism for that. We don't want to make them to complicated either, so that our users do not have to much filling in to do, and so it's easy to program it too! Please, make some suggestions. It cannot be identical to other sites due to copy rights and etiquette. Thanks
