This is a very specific project.
We need someone who develops a basic application framework with GoLang.
Preferred is someone who is really interested in this project. We of course appreciate a basic understanding of C or even better of course would be Go itself.
But what we most search for is someone who has FUN to learn a new technique like Go. So we would pay around $3-8 per hour to learn this techniques and to gain basic knowledge about how to setup a server with Go.
What we want to build is a long term project. But first we need a basic functionality to get money with crowd funding. So our budget is our personal in the beginning and we can't spent more that $8 per hour. In the end we can definitely pay more (further projects, not just the framework itself and the basic stuff).
We would even pay you for 15 hours to get a fundamental understanding about Go Language and how to set up a server etc. if you are good in building up web applications but never had experience with go.
That's what we want to build up in a long term basis:
- An application that's used in drivers schools in order to manage accounting, integrate fleet management, employee management, customer management, project management and a really nice integrated tracking tool for tracking driving school routes (and track mistakes by the student driver) Like OpenERP or SAP especially for driving school with a very fast and responsive interface!
That's what we want to build up in a short term and with low budget basis:
- The basic login panel (UI and functionality)
- The user management (Database, UI, functionality)
- An API to Google Calendar
- User Settings Panel
Let's call it the core for now:)
So it could be build up very modular like OpenERP. We need a basic playground first. User who can login. A user Settings Panel where a User can connect the own Google Calendar to the system. A role system where permissions can be granted and we can distinguish between customer, employees in order to restrict views etc.
The structure can be similar to Odoo or OpenERP. This is supposed to be a modular application, so we can build the core first.
I hope you are interested, as this can be a long term relationship we set up here.
If you think node.js is better for this project and our goals could be better and faster implemented, please feel free to convince us.
all the best from Germany,
Malte Helmhold
