Hiring for server/desktop support tech to deliver remote support for 500 user client base. Must be strong supporting the following -Windows 10/8/7 -Apple Mac 10.14 -10.7 -Windows Server 2008-2016 -Windows GPO, AD, ADFS, Replication, RDP, VPN, Backups, User Profiles, Share folders, Advance Powershell CMDs, etc (everything including IIS) -MS Office 2010-2016 and Office 365 -MS Exchange server 2010-2016, Outlook and EWS -firewall configurations (would be nice if had expertise with Palo Alto/Sonicwall/Watchguard/Cisco and Meraki) Day to day job is troubleshooting internet bandwidth, network TCP/IP issues, Microsoft centric programs, Adobe, Outlook, network monitoring and any server issues along with setting up/terminating user accounts. full-time daily work. Immediate start Qualifications: Logical sense and common sense Strong communication skills Understands routing/switching Working experience with ticketing systems and managing/documenting customer interaction History delivering tech support including Microsoft Windows 10, Office 2016, Active Directory, Sharepoint, WSUS Strong with understanding OSI layer and identifying source of problems in timely manner Printer support Minimum 4 years of experience Minimum Microsoft certification required Preferred skills: Working knowledge of virtualization (VMWare) Working knowledge of server administration (MS 2008/2012) Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting Working knowledge of telephony solutions and support Ability to take direction and work independently as needed
