As per my understanding, there will be Four main module in this project:
1. View Sales Lead Records :- Customer will provide their inquiries in details in Remarks Column.
-The sales coordinator will view total PO with status, Updated time, creation time, contact person, mail id etc details.
2. Update status flow:
Customer Queries-> Follow up by sales coordinator (Follow up time be saved)-> Quotation upload-> Customer Notification module-> Revert Back by customer-> Purchase Order Generation by customer -> Order sealed.
All activity time be saved & marked as per time & importance.
3. Edit Sales Lead Records:- Sales coordinator be able to edit quotation at any time before sealed any order.
> Suppose, in case, one customer have make Purchase Order and sealed the order by admin. After that the customer need changes on quotation. Will that be possible then?
- There will be file uploading feature as well. Please let me know, if you want any particular type of file upload feature? I mean PDF or Excel file or any other? Or you wish all type of file uploading feature enabled with the system/ website?
4. Report Module:
-Summery Reports, view of statics reports in a single page.
-Detailed Report, List of records of data range selected.
All reports be classified into the following status;
-Not response within 30 minutes
-Not response within 2 hours
-Failed of quotation
-Failed of artwork
-Total sealed VS Inquiries
