2 Simple Drag and Drop List Box

This is a standalone application that has a configuration file that has only some path location like C:\New folder depending on which radio button is selected above the listbox1 on the left. This configuration file is so that I can change it there instead of using Visual Studio once I move the application onto another computer. It will be a form with 2 list boxes side by side and both are multi-select. There will be an arrow between the two boxes. Once you select one or more files you click the arrow and it moves the files over to the listbox1 on the left. The listbox2 on the right has a browse button above it. This browse button when clicked opens a dialog box and allows you to search for a folder and then populates the list box below it with the contents of that folder. The listbox1 on the left will have radio buttons above it. Say 4. These radio buttons will have labels next to them they can be names whatever for now, however, when one of these radio buttons is clicked. the listbox below it will populate with the contents of the folder whose path is set in the configuration file mentioned above. Once a file or files is moved it should rename the file by appending to the beginning of the file 001- After the "-" is the rest of the files name. So it's not changing any of the files original name just adding to the front of it. The final feature that this box should have is if for instance 004-filename in listbox1 on the left is dragged 2 up to be in position 002-filename, all the files then should be updated automatically so that everything is in proper order. the file 002-filename would now be 003-filename and so on. These files will be updating the filenames in whatever folder they are stored in with respect to the radio buttons above the listbox1 on the left. Summary. 2 listboxes side by side. 4 Directories named whatever (I can rename them later) in the configuration file. Drag files over from the listbox on the right to the one on the left or click using arrows between the box(whichever is easier or better). This will copy the files from one directory to another renaming them with the naming convention 001- then the rest of the files original name. The files will increment by 1, so 001-filename, 002-filename etc. and will automatically rename them selves upon mouseup or completion of the drag or The listbox1 on the left should be arrangeable, dragable so that the order can be changed and when the order is changed the files automatically update with there new 001- 002- etc.
