Two MySQL stored procedures

I'm developing an automated report using SSRS that necessitates pulling information from a MySQL database, so I need two MySQL stored procedures developed - one to process and store the data, and one to simply return the organized data based on given parameters. This particular report gathers information from WooCommerce orders based on their 'vendor' (I'm using the WooCommerce Vendors plugin). The orders are reservations for various hospitality business (i.e. the vendors), and the stored procedures need to groups and schedule taxis to transfer the guests from the airport to the property based on the proximity of the arrivals. For example, if 3 people are arriving within 1 hour of each other, the taxi would be scheduled to arrive at the airport when the 3rd person arrives, and all 3 passengers would ride together in that taxi. Inputs/parameters: @BusinessName/ID @RetreatDate @Arrival time span to group guests together @Maximum number of people per taxi Results: *All guests that are arriving for the given business for the given retreat date (they can and do arrive several days beforehand) should be inserted into a 'Taxi Passengers' table. So the fields would include PassengerName, ArrivalDate, ArrivalTime, RetreatDate. *Passengers are grouped together based on the given proximity of their arrival times, and the group is scheduled to leave the airport when the last passenger in their group arrives at the airport. So they would be inserted into a 'Taxi Groups' table, and the fields would include PassengerName, TaxiGroupID, GroupDepartureDate, GroupDepartureTime. *Based on the given business and retreat date, return all taxi passenger names, grouped by their assigned groups and departure times You may want a fresh slate, but I have some pseudo code that might help. I have some of the MySQL code as well, as I started in on this myself, but I figure someone with more experience would be much more efficient at it than I am.
