Simple vTiger to Mautic Integration for Contacts synchronization

A Simple vTiger to Mautic Integration. Please I need a script to be added at vTiger cron were I can make a Mautic API connection and make the following processes: 1. This integration must send the information bellow to Mautic. 2. When any of those information are updated into vTiger it must be updated on Mautic as well. 3. If those information is updated on Mautic, it does not need to update on vTiger because vTiger will always maintain the data on mautic [login to view URL] communication will be vTiger to Mautic only. It is to make sure that when the information is updated on vTiger it updates the Mautic as well. 4. The items 6, 7, 8 and 10 should be saved in Mautic custom fields the others information will be saved in standard mautic fields. 5. If there is more them one Opportunity per Organization, use the information of the last Opportunity only. If the contact exists on mautc, update the contact details, if the contact does not exist on mautic, create one. More details is on the file bellow:
