I am looking for a skilled freelance who cannot only create the application im looking for but who can also advise on the best approach and use of appropriate technologies. An example of the interactive application is attached. this is in .swf flash format as this is the only method I know to help visualise what I am looking for. I'm looking to create this in type of application in an HTMl5 format which could be used across any device PC, Mac, IOS and android etc The components could be Angular or simiar or commercial versions if that would be better this also includes any charting components Ideally I would like some form of external source of data to drive the metrics: .xml, JSON, google sheets Webix sheets etc etc I have very little experience of Javascript so I'm finding it difficult to convey exactly what I'm trying to achieve. I am however willing to pay for advice as part of the project and the should be considered when you approach this opportunity is

Also as you stated that you need advice with this type of project, I have one suggestion. Since you need this web app to be available on all platforms, I would use Ionic Framework, which is based on Cordova and AngularJS to create one app that can natively be ported to Android and iOS or any other platform.
