If I am awarded this project I will start off by getting a list of vendors so they could be stored on a table in MySQL and referenced through the primary key. I would then create subsequent tables to link each vendors data to the correct table. I can draw up a visio diagram for free if I have some more information about the vendors and the type of data being stored.
