Checklist or Best Practice for Maintaining SQL Servers

I want to prepare a Checklist or a Best Practice documentation which SQL engineers will follow to maintain the existing SQL infrastructure / environment . (ONLY SQL ) . This list should contain details about What to do on Daily Basis , Weekly Basis and Monthly Basis. (Like a Task Schedule Sheet) Bidding Amount Should be Less Than or Equal to : 80$ This relation will be considered long term and might be considered as a Team Member with Fixed Pay.
