$8-15 USD / hour

I sell music to radio stations. When they push play, they want the song to start loud. Some songs don't start that way off the CD so we use Adobe Audition to boost the level of the beginning. I have the music and will ship it to you on a flash drive (that's why you MUST be in the US so we can overnight the music back and forth to each other) for you to process. If you don't have Adobe Audition I can provide it but if you're an expert at it, why don't you have a copy? Need someone at least 25+ hours this wek to do this project now and it might continue for another week or so.

Don't waste time sifting through proposals. My radio experience coupled with over 16 years as a composer and being in this industry is the right fit for what you're trying to accomplish. They are a number of things that can be going on why the music you provide is at a lower amplified decibel level. When a mic is opened automatically the music drop beneath the air personalities voice level and back up when the switch is turned off. The output settings you are using in Adobe is more than likely the issue. I've been using Adobe Audition now for over 15 years from it's inception to now CC6. Hello, As an audio engineer and developer of DSP algorithms this seems to be a very counter-intuitive approach. Boosting gain at the beginning will ultimately affect other components in the chain and lead to an unnatural listening experience. Instead it may be better to adopt the industry-practiced approach of applying a wide band AGC followed by multiband compression and limiting to create a spectrally smooth and balanced output. As a DSP engineer I already have the hardware and software to accomplish this (you can see some demos in my profile) and would gladly work with you to achieve the result. Unfortunately I am not in the USA but I do own and operate my own cloud infrastructure across the globe allowing us to upload and download files with relative ease and little expense. If you would kindly send me a sample track I would be more than happy to put it through the processor a few times with different 'profiles/personalities/presets' for your appraisal and evaluation. Warmest Regards, Stephen Lombard
