Write an Android application

We need a very simple Android app which will be used in a warehouse where they currently use a paper based catalogue. The first page will feature various brands, then when you click on a brand it will show the product images in a gallery format. If you click on a product image it will bring up a box showing product info such as stock code, description and price (this field is not shown in the attached wireframe). We need it to be server based so we can install the app on multiple devices, and if we update the product files once it will show the same info across all devices. We also need a way to manage the products - either by an admin panel (could be web-based) or just an XML file and some images (so the XML file stores the data and image links). Also needs to be scaleable so in future if we want to show more fields per products you can help us with this.
