I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Simple app with a spin wheel and the section of the spin wheel can be edited by user. Spin time 5 - 30 second. Speed should be natural. Speed of swipe will define the speed of wheel. Celebration animation one the wheel stops and the selection is made and displayed in the center of animation.
