QR Scanner / Firebase User / Firebase login functionality in Ionic App

I need to have a lead capture functionality built into my Ionic App. The lead capture functionality will allow a user to register for an account or log into an existing account. When registering the user will need to have the following fields available:
Username (required)
Email (required)
Name
Company
Company Position
Phone Number
Dropdown for Attendance Type: Attendee or Exhibitor
I already have the basic functionality of signing in and logging in using that data but I need the following data added the firebase database and returned when requested
Company
Company Position
Phone Number
Dropdown for Attendance Type: Attendee or Exhibitor
Once registered a user can pull up their information by going into the app and viewing it in a tab called Lead Flow. The LeadFlow Page will have two tabs. One tab contains their registered information will be called Virtual Profile. This section will be styled and laid out according to the attached image or color pallet of app.
The idea behind the Virtual Profile is to be able to have one app user (John Doe) use the built in QR Code scanner to scan another person's (Jane Doe) virtual profile and save their (Jane Doe) information on another tab called Your Leads. Before saving they will be able to enter additional notes about that saved leads. All data will be stored using Ionic Storage ([login to view URL])
To recap. I need the following:
Firebase Login and Registration functionality that includes additional fields to coincide with data collected.
LeadsFlow functionality to include two tabs.
1. A Virtual Profile tab that includes a users name, title, company, and QR code that contains all of the information collected during registration.
2. A Leads tab that contains the information of other QR code scans as well as the ability to include additional notes about that scanned user and save the data to local storage.

I currently collect the follow when a user signs up:
Name

Here is how I expect this to flow:
A user can register for an account and once signed in the "Sign In" button in the menu will change to "Account" and the "Login" button will change to "Logout".
