Rewrite Web Application

Looking for a back end developer to rewrite the models in a web application and to standardize the back end of the application so that a front end developer can use a themeforest theme named melon ([login to view URL]) ([login to view URL]) to complete the website. Melon is being used for the current website which is hosted on Google App Engine using Google Datastore for the data. I would like to use digitalocean to host the website /web app . The application / website will use postgresql as it database. The application will also use django-generic-scaffold ([login to view URL]). All of the code will be stored on github in a private repository as the project progresses. My ultimate goal is to take the existing project from app engine and create a well written application that is hosted on digital ocean with strong separation of concerns. I would like for a good designer to pickup the melon tool and implement it with the back end. Later, the front end of the application will be changed and if everything is written correctly, an experienced front end developer will have no problem changing the design. I will provide user access to the current application (not the code), the models for the current application, access to a digital ocean droplet where the project will be hosted, access to a github repository to save all code, and access to a feature request / bug tracking application to track the progress, new features, and bugs.
