Requirement for file sharing and video content app like share-it

I have a requirement, for a app to be developed similar to share-it. App should have File sharing option, viewing videos, video sharing, like, comment , follow profile, user profile etc. Dashboard has to be created with 3 logins. Admin, user and auditing. Admin will have full control on app accounts and ads etc. user login dashboard to upload videos. audit login for auditing the videos uploaded by user. Screen shots for user login will be shared.A W S server will be provided, connection has to be done for the app to the server. U I has to be designed ultimately. I am searching for genie experienced developers who can work only through milestone. payment will be done only after the completion of work. Developers who are ready to work only with my budget are preffered.
