PoC iOS app with offline speech-to-text

I need a proof of concept iOS app that uses OpenEars (if you have a better OFFLINE iOS speech-to-text solution, please let me know).
Since it's PoC, you can just use plain text or basic images. No need for complex creative, let's keep things simple and easy.
---Task 1:
Wake up word. I should be able to say "Hey K9", and the app should open.
---Task 2:
Once the app starts, I should say the following commands and the system would recognize them
*"login with pin code ABC123"
*"select MRC 765"
----Task 3:
Be able to recognize the following
*"Systolic is unresponsive"
*"show dog 1"
*"show dog STS"
*"blood pressure is 120 over 80"
I will need the source code with comments, quick intro how to create a build.
