We need a mobile app that can support iOS and Android

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Also a little bit about our business and the purpose we need this app .We are Hr consultancy company named as Sep consultancy our website is [login to view URL] we want our mobile app to have the same kind of design and them of our website and contents can be taken from there but the purpose of this app would be to make local agents in different countries and job seekers to download our app where they would get every day with the new job openings we will have for the candidates and agent or agencies will get different quotes and deadlines for the different job openings also the app should have the option for payments,reviews,char with admin,upload CVS or pictures,share with friends and pit their videos also for giving reviews .And the app should be very user friendly as we will have jobs seekers who won't even known proper English so the app should be made keeping these thing in mind
