Looking for a programmer - create back end solution for a mobile app

Looking for someone to help design and implement a backend solution for a mobile application. This includes setting up all connections needed, designing and setting up the database needed for storage of both user data and the data needed for the main function of the app. In the backend there needs to be a model/algorithm that optimizes a certain objective function given some constraints (some of them user supplied). To start with a MVP should be created as a proof of concept, this could be done with some simple dummy data.
