Journal / Walkie Talkie App and MVP

I’d like a quote for 1) a digital keepsake journal mobile app and 2) an MVP: both a prototype with basic functions and a mockup. There are 2 components/ functions to the app, both are keepsake journals but different types. A) A guided keepsake journal with daily or weekly prompts from a journal questions template and push notification reminders; ability to edit and export, options for text, voice or video entries and pic upload. B) A Co-Journaling function. This is where 2 to 5 family members / friends can all get the same journal prompt and respond to it by text, voice or video. Similar to a private (not social) Walkie-talkie app like Marco Polo but specifically for daily/ weekly dripped journal prompts. Need: Registration/ login, in app purchase, can work on Android and iOS. Entries saved forever and can be exported. Don’t need: geolocation, link to social networking, real time video/ audio chats, disappearing entries, Snapchat-like filters/ voice change. (Just simple video, voice and text entries will do.) Nice to have: a separate screen with videos for tips/ motivation/ testimonials. Depending on cost, I’m not sure if it would be better to combine or separate the personal journal and the co-journaling (Marco-polo) function into 2 separate apps. Or to do the simpler one first then the second. I’m looking for quotes to see what would be more cost effective. Also looking for quotes to see what type of MVP would be most cost-effective to build. Not sure yet how the website will work with the app but open to either customers purchasing membership from the website or from the app. I am open to hiring ongoing for maintenance, etc.
