Jasonette/Jasonelle mobile page interaction

I have a web based mobile app I'd like to integrate into a framework for publication, but I'm not very knowledgeable regarding this. I did put together, based on a tutorial published on Medium, a test app that looked good, but I couldn't get it working to store the username and password from the page and allow the login page to read those variables and log the user in automatically.

I would like the app to read the username and password from the page when the user logs in and store it in the app. Then when the login page comes up again, it can check the app, or use an api to check to see if the app has these credentials stored. If so, populate the username and password fields and submit.

IF this is not possible, I need to know what approach I should take. There will be an initial milestone of $50 to evaluate my effort thus far and provide a recommendation and/or work estimate and additional milestones.
