IOS Gif search, lazy load, tenor api

I need an iPhone app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Simple single view ui 1. First it shows ten gifs fetched from tenor 2. When u click search button, search barbappears 3. When u type and press return or press search butt, should fetch ten related gifs with that search text from tenor 4. When u scroll down, should add ten more gifs for same search text Requires to do in swift 4(swift 3 can be considered). Should do the fetch and populate eith rxswift,rxcocoa,rxalamofire Should use good ui ethics, loading indicators, navigations Should use good programming guidelines, clean and commented code Note: This is a small part of a project of android built app and this is to get a ios developer who can do reactive programming with rxswift,rxcocoa. Budget is a 30usd must since im only looking for a ios dev for my big project
