Head to toe beauty app

I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. The app will be used for finding small, or home based esthetician’s and hair stylists new clients, and give the customer a means of finding them. The app called Head to toe beauty will have a login for customers, and a login for the service providers. It will allow the providers to advertise their buisness on it, they will input their info, location, offered services, and means of contact. The customer will be able to open the app and after creating an account they will be able to select between the offered services that they are currently looking for( hair styling and estetics) and the app will generate the services nearest them in a list format but with the ability to click on the users profile, and read more indepth into their offerings. The hairstylists and estiticians will pay a monthly charge for the advertisement of their business which will be payable to a selected bank account automatically. The app needs the ability to: -Obtain location of service providers and customers -Have an available e-map that will show the customers where the providers are. - Transfer monthly transactions automatically from assigned accounts of providers using paypal and entransfer -Have an admin page for an admin to enter new service providers if this cannot be done automatically. -Allow the customer to book with a client and privately message them through the app -Have a page that will autmatically record their bookings, and have the ability to leave a rating (1-5 stars) and review of the service. I would like the reviews be publicly acessible. Within this page I would also like the customer to have the ability to upload pictures from their phones library so that they can store these photos within the app, and keep them for future reference.
