Fishfinder and GPS App Development

I have a Garmin GPS & Fishfinder combo which i would like to expand and transfer the image from the device to 2 separate screens. Currently there are mulltiple devices in the mix, which are 1. Garmin GPS & Fishfinder combo... Has Wifi and NMEA connection 2. Windows tablet ... Has Wifi and Bluetooth 3. AIS (Automatic Identification System) .... Connects into system through GPS ariel 4. GPS Ariel 5. TV Monitor ... Has standard connections .. USB, RCA GPS Set up The Garmin GPS & Fishfinder (#1) has Maps included , plus the Windows Tablet (#2) has additional Navionics Maps which are the preferred Maps over The Garmin GPS & Fishfinder (#1) Maps. Navionics Maps will not work on The Windows Tablet (#2) so it currently runs through an App currently called BLUESTACKS. The windows tablet is used due to its brighter display which is more visible during the day in sunlight. Due to being offshore and in a wheelhouse, the reception from the Windows Tablet is limited, so we need for the Windows Tablet (#2) to access the GPS Ariel (#4) through The Garmin GPS & Fishfinder (#1) which is hardwired through a NMEA2000 connection. The AIS is a marine scanner that shows other boats in the area. The NMEA connection to The Garmin GPS & Fishfinder (#1) is desired as it connects the Ariel and the AIS, which then displays other boats in the area on the Maps Fishfinder Set Up The Garmin GPS & Fishfinder (#1) is also required to display on a separate screen, preferably the TV Monitor (#5). Currently the Fishfinder is being connected through a Garmin app called "Active Captain". This app is on an iPhone and transfers the image through a cable this to the TV monitor but this does not reproduce a quality image. so i would like an app, preferrably Apple as i run iphones, but open to suggestions on the simplest and easiest option to run this.
