Develop an iPhone, Android application

Need a high skilled developer that is familiar with app for both Apple and Android mobile phones. You will get a complete design in a PSD, your job is to finish the app and to help to register app on a market. Please apply only if you know how to do this.
App is not complicated, it has two versions: lite and full (you should pay for this one).
Lite version would have straight information on a few pages. As soon as you start the app you would see option to choose between two languages.
If you want to continue further with the app, you should get a full version. There you would see a couple of questions, where you should give some answers. Next part would be uploading your logo/picture. At the end you would get a download button, where you should be able to download the PDF document with all answered questions and the logo/picture on the top of document. We should talk about this, how it is possible to make it.
App should be responsive, firstly we are going to make it for Apple, then for Android.
