I have reviewed your attached requirement document and understood that you are looking to develop an ecommerce mobile application for the users to purchase preferred product online and rate them based on their experience. The purpose of application is to target the globe and serve services online so users can easily purchase the products and pay the funds. In order to freeze the scope of work, I would like to share with you couple of questions based on the shared document. So, kindly review them in a detailed manner and share your inputs. 1. Do you have any specific domain which you will be providing to the users or it will be multi domain application like cloth, electronic and etc? 2. Will it be single vendor application or multiple vendor application? 3. Which shipping will you be using in the application for parcel tracking management? Do we need to provide the multiple shipping facility to the supplier/admin? 4. In which format will you be providing the coupon code to the users? Will it be percentage based or direct amount? 5. What will be the return and refund process and what will be the timeline for the users? 6. Will you offer the delivery status facility to the users so that they can verify the expected delivery? 7.
