Hello, Hope you are doing good. Let me tell you how I will achieve this functionality. I will create a prompt and upload it in the system and then will write a program in composer which will just have this prompt play functionality. As soon as you receive a call the call will be routed to that prompt and will be disconnected or routed to another number as per your requirement.
