I am hoping to get an iphone app developed. I already have a design and can provide the image elements. the basic premise of the app is that it is a random tone generator where the user is able to increase or decrease the frequency of the generated tone. The second part of the app is a card game where the user needs to guess if the card is going to be lower or higher than the previous, they are given a hint based on the generation of a high pitched or low pitched auditory tone, the tone needs to be generated randomly as it should scale with both difficulty and closeness to the previous card. there will need to be a log for viewing previous scores, graphing of previous results for trends, and automatic backup to our web server. This proposal is only for the development of an iPhone app (depending on cost we would also be interested in an android version). The app will need to be built for iOS 8 and backwards compatible with iOS 7. The app must also be sized for 4S, 5, 5C, 5S, 6 and 6+
