Build an iPhone app to request local pickups

Looking for an experience developer to write an iPhone application to request a pickup. It should function in a similar way to Uber, but with no payments. Users should login through Facebook (using the native Facebook login like Tinder where possible, only reverting to browser-based login if required). Users should be able to login and see on a map people requesting pickups. They should be able to then click on a user, at which point a preview opens showing information about their profile (FB profile pic, name, age range and rating - more on that below), and buttons to call or accept pickup. There should also be a small area for any comments which can be entered when requesting a pickup. When a user requests a pickup, it should use their current location. If they do not have a mobile number already associated with their Facebook account, it should prompt them for one which should be verified via the Clockwork SMS API. When someone accepts their request they should receive a notification with an estimated time to arrival. Once the pickup is complete the driver should be able to review the person they collected on a scale of 1-5 stars for several categories, which are then averaged out and displayed next time that user requests a pickup. The app should not include adverts, however when a user posts a pickup request there should be an option to feature it, at which point it should be shown highlighted on the map and list view. Users should have a settings page, where they can logout and edit their profile. The app should use the CloudKit for storage. We will provide a design and wireframe, which you should base your design on.
