Fix System Center 2012 issue -- 2

we have deployed Microsoft System Center 2012 in our environment and we are facing issues to apply the updates to the clients like :  the clients are not receiving any updates from the system center while the updates are there in the windows online updates.  No notification appears to the end users for updates.  Automatic updates not working, when we create it no updates pushed to the devices the goal of this project is to SOLVE the issues in the system center so the clients can receive the updates from the server for now and for any upcoming updates automatically. the applicant should be able to configure the client windows installation from the system center as we have our windows iso and want to get the installation from the network. the applicant should do the knowledge transfer so the local team can do all the required operation tasks. the applicant must be an expert with system center and have the ability to solve those issues and any issues that are making the updates not working. he/she should troubleshoot the systems.
