I will try to get this done in 2-3 days though I have mentioned 5 days. --> In order to get this resolved, I may require following details: 1. Where is the MX record pointing for your email domain? 2. Are we having issues with receiving emails from all domains or only specific domains? 3. Was this working before or is this new setup of MS Exchange Server? 4. Are all users in the environment experiencing this issue? 5. Do you get any error message while the email gets rejected?
