Ridley & Associates Appraisal Database

Ridley & Associates is a small real estate appraisal firm that requires IT solutions geared to developing and implementing a real estate database, client database, and report writing webform for our commercial team (10 users). The solution should provide for local onsite physical storage, cloud backup, local and remote access. The database should be robust, encompassing varied datasets for the subject property and various sale and leased properties. Data entry should be web-based. The application will integrate data from client, sales, and leasing database into selected report forms, and provide for analysis, both predefined and variable. Google mapping of individual property data records and selected output datasets is also required, which can be achieved by inputting global positioning coordinates based on postal code records. Special consideration will be given to developers with previous experience, and examples of real estate appraisal databases and applications.
