I would like a template of a database to be filled out. We are a company that produces products that have third party approvals that we must document. I would like to be able to have a list of products with their product numbers attached. Additionally, I would like the access database to contain all approvals that a product has recieved. Approvals would be broken down into Company that issued the approval and then specific approval number assigned by that company. Some products hold the same approval. Finally, I would like to be able to use the database to see what products meet certain approvals by specific approval numbers and by general company. Finally, I would like to be able to attach a pdf file of each specific approval.
