3)To add a new person to tPerson, we can create a form and user can make use of that form to add new person to tPerson. In order to create the table, we can make use of continous forms and provide button on the form to export data to Excel
4)Sum is total the values in a column, dsum can be used to provide a criteria to filter the values to be summed up
