Calculations with Microsoft Access

I have a Microsoft Access database, where I record transactions with securities on the stock exchange. I need help in order to calculate accounting parameters, like return on investment from the database. The right freelancer should meet the following criteria: 1. a strong background in Microsoft-Access; 2. be able to solve technical problems with Access calculations and be willing to explain his/her solution; 3. a basic understanding of trading with securities: you do not have to be an expert in stock picking, but you should understand the difference between stocks and bonds, and who distributes dividends; 4. a basic understanding of accounting: a university degree is not required but you should understand the difference between an asset, income, expense, and what of these 3 is taxable. 5. Owning a computer with Windows Operating system, Microsoft Access, and a functional phone. Although there is a specific problem at the moment, additional problems will pop-up. The chosen candidate can expect additional assignments, which will be paid separately, so the right candidate can earn ca. 460 € per year. Please read the screening questions in the attached Word file before writing me. If you are not able to answer these questions, then please do not contact me. The right candidate should be able to answers most of these questions correctly. The candidate that provides the best answers, will be invited to a telephone interview. After the phone interview, I will send the freelancer an Access database. The freelancer should help me to calculate financial balances in difference currencies.
