Recently, I have done a similar task Converting C Code to MIPS. You can review the feedback in my portfolio. I've Implemented the Single-Cycle/Multi-Cycle Mips Processor In Both Verilog and VHDL, Also Enhance the processor to be Pipelined associated with a Hazard unit. Along with many test programs written in assembly then converted to HEX. Also Implement it on a logisim for a client who you can find his review on my profile. I have the project ready and documented, all I've to do is just to Edit it to fit the specs of your project. So, Technically I'll deliver it in no time.

More detail please. I assume that "MIPS program" you are talking about is assembly MIPS, since that should only reason to specify it as MIPS program, for other programming language, it just depend on compiler, no matter what CPU being used. Anyway at this moment not enough detail for this project. Could you please give more detail, may be via chat. Thanks.
