Statistical calculation

We are wanting a statistical calculation to create a 'quality' measure based on the parameters within our software. The objective is to give a company a quality score based on how they use their accounting system.
The output needs to be taken by our developers and built into our software so will need the detail behind the calculation or a way of replicating it.
We have about 25 parameters we measure & need to deal with not all companies having records for all parameters (this is not a reason to reduce the quality score - companies are different). We may also want to weight the specific parameters differently sometimes this may be based on volume & sometimes on importance.
We currently have a sample size of around 50 companies with data.
Only mathematical \ statistical experts need apply.
