Product Overview Corporate Athlete Program (“CAP”) is the first of its kind, a rigorous training program that teaches practical skills for executive-level performance. CAP applies concepts and approaches from professional athletes’ training programs (e.g. MLB Spring Training, NFL Training Camp) to the world of business, working side-by-side with you to help you: • Understand the unwritten rules and expectations of corporate leadership • Improve crucial skills that matter for success and recognition among executives • Adopt the athlete’s mindset that will prepare you face adversity with positive attitude Conduct market research to understand competitive offerings (i.e. similar products) and learn industry’s best practices Interview target customers to understand their needs, appetite for similar offering, and willingness to pay for it o What appeals to them about the market? o What are their hesitations about the market? o Under what circumstances would they be willing to pay for a program like this? o How much would they be willing to pay? Work to develop ideas and generate requirements, specifications, designs, and production timetables o Make sketches of ideas by hand or computer, and developing the most effective ideas into detailed drawings using specialist computer software (MS Office or Adobe Photoshop) o Produce reports and present ideas to the CEO and clients at various stages of the design process o Modifying their ideas according to the feedback they receive at these sessions Development of the final materials including: o Program outline & syllabus o Class presentations o Workbooks and class exercises o Marketing brochure Update and maintain website with information Work with third party vendors to purchase products and services (if necessary) Address miscellaneous items that may occur
