I need a WORD document set up so that Information from Excel is merged into an attorney advertising letter to be sent to hundreds of different clients. I will prepare the letters "in office" from an ever changing list of data provided by the courts using the form you are preparing for me. I can send a link for the web site where my data is coming from and send you an example letter from a competitor of mine. The address will change on each letter. The court and court date and time will need to change on each letter. The citation number will need to change on each letter. Offenses charged will need need to change on each letter. The fine amounts will need to change on each letter and the fine total at the bottom of the column will need to change on each letter. The first name of the client will need to follow the greeting. The rest of the letter will be a form. When you see the example letter you will understand what it is that I am trying to do. I want a turn-key WORD form for my legal assistant to use in sending out these letters using her Excel software. For someone who understands mail merging this should be a one or two hour job at the most. For the address, i will need the zip code bar code to show above the address as in the example letter so that it shows through the envelope window. I would also like the court information to appear in the tables just as it does in the example letter with the same fixed headings for each of the columns. Please lay the rest of the letter out just as it appears in the Gilligan example letter. I will alter the text of the letter later.
