Well I'm not going to say that I'm the Best Guy for this job but i'm going to say that I'm good at writing advertisements, marketing and sales and I can provide you with a good result.

I am an experienced manager in the service industry with over 9 years of background in Customer Service, Technical Support, Quality Assurance and Operations Management. I have a proven track record in metric management and leading projects from conception to implementation to maturity. I am Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and very proficient in root cause and problem solving methodologies. As a manager, I am highly independent but has a very strong sense of working in a team.
