We looking for a creative and imaginative person to assist with creating a theme for a building campaign along with supporting publications for our third location in Sedalia, Missouri. The facility will be our largest and also corporate headquarters. Check us out at [login to view URL] Below is some information on our organization: Retrieving Freedom, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to training service dogs to help people. Our primary focuses are training dogs to serve the needs of veterans and children with autism. We breed and train chosen dogs that exhibit specific traits necessary to perform tasks to help these individuals, and we believe in matching the dog to the recipient. Our training program isn’t designed to train each dog to follow a certain program. Instead, dogs are trained to meet the needs of their specific recipient. The dogs go through more than two years of training to meet our strict standards for a successful placement. RFI operates out of two locations, Waverly, Iowa, and Senatobia, Mississippi, as an accredited member of Assistance Dogs International. The service dogs we train help to improve the lives of the people they are placed with. Not only do they help with specific chores and perform tasks associated with their training, but they also offer companionship and unconditional love. The mission of Retrieving Freedom, Inc. is to train service dogs for wounded Veterans and children with Autism to allow a new degree of independence in their partner's lives.

I am pleased to submit my bid for this project. I have over 17 years of nonprofit communications and development experience. Currently I am the VP of engagement and resource development for a national news organization. I also have extensive experience working with animal welfare organizations/vet clinics either as a paid contractor, volunteer or an employee. If my proposal is accepted I will do the following: 1. Discuss objectives for campaign i.e. campaign goals, community messaging etc. 2. Based on information I will develop a campaign theme that will embody the goals of the organization. 3. I will also provide supporting publications for the campaign. I would love to discuss this opportunity to get specifics on what additional pieces you would like developed.

My action steps would include (but not be limited to): Soft Launch or Quiet Phase: Two to three weeks (please note - this is not the time it will take to design the campaign as per the bidding process) Developing a strong case statement for your training program Understanding the full cost plus additional funds for cushion Identifying funding tiers that will connect with core constituencies Identifying and connecting with potential campaign leadership and/or committees that can drive the campaign Full Launch (public Campaign) The timing will be dependent on scope of campaign and full funding requirement Solicitation by leaders Full campaign at multiple levels Ongoing recognition of donors Close of Campaign and Recognition Event As noted, these are key action steps that are core to any campaign. With a fuller understanding of both the scope of the project and cost, I would be able to fully articulate the timeline.

It is a beautiful goal to help others through a non profit organization. I have worked at non profits before in Central America and going through your website I see the kind of help you are bringing to the American community. I will help your organization set a marketing plan and plan of action to follow through based on a theme that you and I decide on. We will sit and talk to have a better understanding to what is comfortable and reasonable to Retrieving Freedom for its campaign and to me as your campaign assistant. My proposal is $600.
