Magento to ZOHO Mail issue

We are having a HUGE problem with email generated from our website going to our ZOHO mail account. When we were using GoDaddy workspace email, and users filled out various requests through our website we didn't have a problem - but about a month ago we switched from GoDaddy workspace email to ZOHO One email. and now nothing works right and we are getting the run around by both GoDaddy AND ZOHO. We do realize one issue is that we are on a shared sever - but for now it works. We are looking for an expert do fix this issue and help make all our website inter-active pages work correctly.
