Magento 2 shop checkout issue

Im looking for a freelancer who is able to fix an issue in a Magento 2 shop. Please read over the project details!
The checkout page is weird. There are 3 tax lines in the summa part, but these are not necessary.
The subtotal doesn't include the shipping cost.
There is no opportunity to log in or checkout as guest, or add different shipping and billing adress.
Maybe a One page checkout extension would be better with steps. The shop using only paypal and Matrix Table Rates shipping calculator.
The site needs a reindex.
The site has an adult content, so please only make an offer if it's not a problem for you.
The shop has a loyalty point extension, the points should be shown and being useful at the checkout page.
So there is already a working extensions: loyalty points and extensions to show how much money needed to be spend to gain free shipping. These should be also works on the new checkout page.
