This is Pankaj and i head one of organization which builds production for content security and distribution. We have an existing MAC application which uses Cocoa, SWIFT, Objective C, SQLlite and SQLCipher to play encrypted files from local machines to ensure content security. This application needs to be updated with new UI screens which will pick up data by parsing JASON web services and play videos hosted on servers using HLS Player. HLS Player is already available in existing app but currently configured to play local videos. Entire scope of work is already done and built for Windows in C#. If you can understand C# code, it will become very easy for you to implement the same in MAC. Detailed of screen and work scope is attached in file along with. Budget is approx 15 - 20K..

HI There, I am an expert macos Developer with several live mac apps. I have 18+ years of experience. I have checked your document and the screens presented there. But its not clear that these screen are already done or need to be build in the mac app. I can do the job for you but your budget is too less.
