Mac Photo: Import Nested Folders of Image Files into Library as Albums

On my Mac (OS High Sierra) I have a nested set of folders containing photos and videos. I would like to import these into Photo and keep the structure. i.e. I would like the following There is a script ([login to view URL]) which aims to do this, but it does not work properly: It keeps timing out It never imports the complete structure It prompts me all the time whether I would to import duplicates (I don’t) It doesn’t import some video types (e.g. AVI) You never know whether it’s finished or just hanging/timedout Etc. Could someone please write a script that works and doesn’t have the above problems !? I just want to be able to select the directory from which to import and the rest to be automatic.
