I need someone to tweak my neural network R code. I built a neural network from scratch, using R classes (sefRefClass()) and it seems to be working but it does not train that well -the performance is not great. It has just one hidden layer. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. I need someone who understands neural networks well and also can use setrefclass() to review it. The code is fairly simple if you understand neural networks and setRefClass design. I will provide the code after confirmation that you are good with these two areas.
