SVG Text Effects samples

This should be easy money for a quick job for anyone who has used Inkscape or Sketsva to make some really simple basic SVG files. Please help me out! I need some little SVG files, each representing a cool text effect. I'm going to convert text strings in a database to .PNG files and I want the user to be able to have a large set of possible conversions. Cool text effects would be reflections, shadow, glowing, texture-filled, outlines, gradients. Many of these are just 1-2 commands, some are longer. I'm not fussy! You can use any graphic design tool you like that can save files as SVG files that can be opened by Inkscape and Batik or Wordpad etc where I can still see the text string used in the effect. Each sample needs to produce something that looks like a web page header or a company logo. I have a list of example URLs but I am open to someone who knows more about this and suggest a good set. Maybe you already have a bunch of cool text effect files lying around you can recycle? There should be two files for each text effect, one with a title, and one with both a title and a sub-title. The picture should look like something you'd use for a web page banner or company logo: 100-200 pixels high, 400-800 wide, 24-48pt font. If you don't use a standard font you must supply a legal/free font file (say, from a free font download site.) This is for a demo and we'll work out licensing later. The title should say "This is the Site Title" and the sub-title "This is the Sub Title" or something close. ** The resulting SVG file must be able to be edited as a text file, and the string "This is the Site Title" and "This is the Sub Title" must be editable. It is OK to have this string duplicated any number of times (say, for some reflection or 3D effect.)** I'll accept a bid for as few as 2 samples (6 files), as many as 50, if the price-per sample is competitive. I may also hire multiple people if I can work out how to not get duplicates. I did a google search of examples to show you what I have in mind.
