Looking for a Flash expert for a professional banner / Flash animation(repost)(repost)

We are looking for an experienced Flash designer with a large portfolio and plenty of knowledge of and experience with designing advanced Flash animations and banners that we are looking to build a long-term relationship with. Knowledge of Actionscript is an absolute must. We will require an extensive Flash portfolio and a small sample to be completed per our request, so we can see first-hand your skills and knowledge. We already had a Flash designer, but unfortunately we haven't been able to get in touch with him anymore, so we need to find a replacement ASAP.
