Setup small openstack cloud. I want to have the control components as a cluster of virtual ubuntu 16.04 machines, hosted on ESXi. Compute Nodes will be bare metal. For the start we will have one Compute Node and an ESXi cloud hosting the control servers. I want a setup script to add more compute nodes.
